Jake Dacus joined the SVC swimming staff as an assistant coach in August of 2016.

Dacus comes to Saint Vincent from Renton, Washington. He was a 2015 graduate from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. Dacus was a four-year swimmer for the Lutes, who also compete at the NCAA Division III Level in the Northwest Conference.

Dacus spent the last year coaching with the Valley Aquatics Swim Team, working with a variety of different age groups. He also worked with the Fairwood Barracudas summer swim team, starting in 2013.
