Jake Harasyko

Jake Harasyko is the NIchols College Volleyball Graduate Assistant Coach.
Jake Harasyko brings collegiate coaching experience from Nichols College in Dudley, MA, where he was the Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Graduate Assistant during the 2023-2024 academic year. At Nichols, he played a key role in enhancing student athletes’ performance and developing strategic game plans and scouting reports using advanced tools including Hudl, Balltime, and VolleyMetrics.
In addition to his collegiate coaching background, Harasyko was an Assistant Coach for the 16 National team at Husky Volleyball in Windsor, CT, for the 2023-2024 club season. This team is the top U16 team in the club, showcasing his ability to mentor and develop high-caliber junior athletes.
Originally from Glastonbury, Connecticut, Harasyko was a dedicated student athlete on the men’s volleyball team at Nichols College for four years, spending time on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the Nichols Senior Advisory Council. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in December of 2022 and went on to earn a master’s degree in Counterterrorism in December of 2023. Harasyko was selected to participate in the 2024 NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar at the NCAA Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN, where he spent time learning the importance of developing self-awareness and discovering purpose as a young professional.
With a strong foundation in performance analysis and a proven track record in both collegiate and club volleyball, Harasyko is excited to contribute to the Smith College Volleyball Camp and help young athletes reach their full potential.
