James currently serves as the Director of Coaching for Northwest Indiana Surf, guiding the club’s technical direction following its transition from Allegiant FC. In this role, he supports coaches and players across all age groups while helping establish clear developmental pathways at the local, regional, and national levels. Under his leadership, the club emphasizes professionalism, player‑centered development, and access to elevated opportunities within the Surf network, providing families with a trusted environment focused on long‑term success both on and off the field.
