Jannel Snow
Head Coach

Jannel Snow was appointed as the Westminster Women's Lacrosse Coach in 2022. In her second season at the helm, the Griffins have made consecutive appearances in the RMAC Tournaments under Coach Snow's guidance.
In her first two seasons, Coach Snow guided the Women's Lacrosse team to back-to-back RMAC Conference Tournament appearances in the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons. Coach Snow was named Coach of the Year honors for the 2022-23 season.
Prior to joining Westminster, Snow graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland, where she competed in lacrosse at the Division I level for four years. She earned her degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Social Studies.
During her collegiate career, Snow excelled as a draw specialist, establishing herself as one of Mount St. Mary’s most accomplished players in this role. She set a school record for career total draw controls, amassing 191 draws by the conclusion of her senior season. In her junior year, Snow started in all 15 games for the Mount, contributing 16 goals, 68 draw controls, five caused turnovers, and seven ground balls. She led her team in draw controls, achieving the second-highest single-season total in program history. Notable highlights of her junior season include scoring four goals against Bryant and recording hat-tricks against LIU Brooklyn, Sacred Heart, and Saint Joseph's. Snow's prowess was further demonstrated by her season-high nine draw controls against Radford.
