Jared Marks

Jared Marks is the Head Coach at Christian Brothers University.
Jared Marks is in his first season as head volleyball coach at Christian Brothers University.
Marks comes to CBU after spending six seasons as Head Volleyball Coach at Saint Agnes Academy in Memphis. During his time at Saint Agnes, Marks has lead the team to a Region Championship in three of the last four seasons, and a state tournament qualifier during all six campaigns. His 2023 squad was the TSSAA DII-AA Girls' State Volleyball Championship runners-up.
Since 2014, Marks has also been the Master Coach, Recruiting Coordinator for Memphis Metro JVC. During his time at Memphis Metro, Marks has been the head coach for club's top team in the 13-18 year old age groups. In 2022, Marks helped guide the club to a second place finish at the Mid-East Qualifier (USA Division) and a fifth-place finish at the USAV 18 Nationals.
The Pittsburgh, Pa., native studied for one semester at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. Marks then received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in International Business from Penn State University. He also spent four years as a teacher in the Shelby County and Green Dot Public School systems (Hamilton, Fairley).
