Jared Rose
Camp Director
Jared Rose brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to the Agnes Scott College soccer program, where he was appointed head coach on August 15, 2023. With over a decade of coaching experience at the collegiate and elite youth levels, Rose has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop players, build winning programs, and cultivate a culture of excellence. His leadership, both on and off the field, has helped players achieve success at the collegiate and professional levels, making him a transformative figure in the soccer community.
Before joining Agnes Scott, Rose spent 11 years coaching in Ohio, where he made a significant impact at both the collegiate and club levels. At Walsh University, he played a pivotal role in elevating the men’s soccer program, guiding the team to its first winning season in nearly a decade as a volunteer assistant in 2019. Promoted to a full-time role in 2021, he spearheaded player development, tactical strategy, and game analysis, helping the program achieve historic milestones, including its highest national ranking and deepest postseason run.
Rose’s influence extended beyond the college game as he helped shape some of Ohio’s top young talent at Internationals Soccer Club, one of the nation’s premier ECNL programs. As a director, he implemented structured training curriculums, established a video analysis platform, and developed a recruitment system that propelled players to collegiate and professional careers. Under his leadership, Internationals SC dominated the ECNL Ohio Valley Conference and secured three national championships.
A standout player himself, Rose competed at the Division I level for Florida International University, where he was a two-time all-conference selection, team captain, and helped lead the program to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances, including a Sweet 16 run in 2003. His experience as a high-level player informs his coaching philosophy, emphasizing dedication, discipline, and personal growth through sport.
Rose holds a USSF National "B" license and a Master’s in Sports Science - Coaching.
