JennaVieve Martinez
Assistant Coach
JennaVieve Martinez, widely known as Coach JV, is a passionate and experienced volleyball coach with a lifelong dedication to the sport.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, she began playing at the age of 12 through Denver Parks and Recreation and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a four-year varsity player in high school while also competing for elite club programs such as Momentum and DPR Volleyball. By her senior year, she was certified to officiate youth matches and began coaching at local middle schools—an experience that sparked her long-term passion for coaching.
JennaVieve earned athletic scholarships to play at both Colorado Northwestern and later at Lackawanna College in Pennsylvania, where she completed her associate degree in hospitality management. Despite undergoing two knee surgeries during her college career, she returned to the court and was named to the NJCAA All-Region Team in Division II in 2015.
In 2019, she relocated to Las Vegas, where she has spent the past four years coaching club volleyball and expanding her impact through indoor and beach clinics for athletes of all ages. Coach JV remains dedicated to empowering the next generation of players and instilling a lifelong love for the game.
