Joe has coached for 15 years at the high school and club level in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Joe has coached for 15 years at the high school and club level in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. Joe has years of experience coaching ages 10-18 with his most recent position as Lead Coach for the Academy program and Seasonal Teams at Silverstate Volleyball Club in Reno.
As the Lead Coach, he was in charge of ensuring new and inexperienced players were being taught the fundamentals of volleyball and in charge of training coaches on how to teach skills, make adjustments to practice plans, and court management of a team.
Joe started playing volleyball at the age of 15 just for fun. He quickly began competing in doubles tournaments in Northern California and competing against collegiate club teams indoors.
