Joel Robinson

The 2020 season will be Joel Robinson's third season with the Azusa Pacific women's soccer program. Robinson has served as the program's goalkeeping coach, and since his arrival prior to the 2018 season, the Cougars have posted nine shutouts of their opponents.
Prior to arriving at Azusa Pacific, he served as an assistant coach at Belhaven University (Miss.) and with Sereno Soccer Club in Phoenix, Ariz. During his time at Belhaven, he helped coach the squad to the 2012 NAIA National Championship.
Robinson spent his college career playing for Greenville College, where he was the first goalkeeper to lead the team to the NCAA National Tournament. As team captain, he helped guide the team to a record tying win total for a single season, and he also received a handful of awards.
Joel earned his Bachelor Degree from Greenville College in Accounting and his MBA from Belhaven.
