Coach Freeman is a Shot Put and Discus specialist and currently serves as an Assistant T&F Coach at Cary-Grove High School
While competing at Southern Illinois University, Coach Freeman was a 5-time First Team All-American and 7-time MVC Champion.
Coach Freeman was also a two-time USATF Team Member and two-time Olympic Trials Qualifier, as well as a volunteer assistant throws coach at SIU for 4 years.
