Joshua Thai is a freshman member of the Cal men's swimming & diving program as well as the Cal Diving Camp coaching staff.
Before joining Cal, Joshua competed on the club circuit under Scott Reich at Rose Bowl Aquatics.
In 2022, Joshua swept multiple titles in the 1-meter, 3-meter and platform events at the USA Diving Zone E Championships and CIF State Championships. He set the meet record (317.40) in the 1-meter event in the 2022 CIF southern section.
