JP Brazel

J.P. Brazel joined Stony Brook Men's Lacrosse as associate head coach and defensive coordinator in July 2019. He is entering his fourth season at Stony Brook.

Brazel spent the previous eight seasons as an assistant coach at Hofstra. Brazel, a Hofstra graduate, was the Pride's goalie during the 2001 and 2002 campaigns and helped lead the program to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances.
