Directing camp this summer is Kali Bills. Coach Bills is entering her second year at the helm of the women's lacrosse program at Adrian College.

Bills started her lacrosse career in high school as an attack wing. She was named Arizona’s attack player of the year her senior year. From there, it became her mission to grow the game in the West. While attending Northern Arizona University, Bills founded the Northern Arizona University Women’s Lacrosse Club in 2009 as a player-coach. She found her passion for coaching and committed to coaching the squad full time in 2013 and 2014. Just five years after the club's founding, NAU was granted full membership into the Western Women's Lacrosse League.

Following her time at NAU, she spent four seasons with Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bills won the state championship as a first year head JV coach in 2015. She served four seasons as the assistant varsity coach at Chaparral and helped lead the team to an AZGLA varsity state championship during the 2018 season. Bills also spent three years as a competitive club lacrosse coach with Desert Heat Lacrosse in Phoenix, Ariz. before taking over the Lindenwood University - Belleville program.

Bills spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons as head coach of the women's lacrosse program at Elmhurst University in Elmhurst, Illinois. Outside her coaching responsibilities at Elmhurst University, Bills served as advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Her debut season in 2020 with the Bluejays was limited to just four games due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Seven of her players garnered Academic All-Conference CCIW Honors in 2020 and 2021, and four of her players received IWLCA Division III Academic Honor roll honors in 2021.

Prior to Elmhurst, she spent the 2019 season as the head coach at Lindenwood University-Belleville, helping the Lynx post victories in three of their final four contests. She served as a graduate assistant coach before being promoted to interim head coach and eventually head coach. Three of her players garnered First-Team All-Conference honors following the 2019 season.

Last season, Bills coached four student athletes from the Adrian College women's lacrosse team that made the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWCLA) 2022 Division III Academic Honor Roll: Jenna Anheuser ('23), Brooke Barabas ('22), Carless Casteel ('22), and Joscelyn Potter ('23). Additionally on the field, Bills coached Olive Stevens ('22) whose 4 goals per game was 35th best in the nation last season.

Bills graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, and earned her Master of Health Science, Fitness Wellness Specialization from Lindenwood University.
