Karrie Delp
Driven by a lifelong passion for volleyball, Karrie has dedicated over 35 years to the sport as both a competitor and a coach. With more than 15 years of coaching experience, she has worked with athletes ranging from ages 9 to 18, across all levels of competition.
Karrie is currently the head coach at Mead High School in Mead, Washington, after spending seven years at North Central High School in Spokane, Washington—four of which were as the Head Coach. During her time at North Central, she earned three Greater Spokane League 3A/4A Coach of the Year honors, including in 2022. She also served as the 3A Seeding Committee Chairperson for District 8 for three years.
In addition to her high school coaching experience, Karrie has had the privilege of coaching standout local athletes at the Inland Northwest Showcase.
Currently, she is the Tournament Teams Director for Sideout Volleyball Club and Head Coach for the 2024/25 14 Black Club team. Over the years, Karrie has also coached numerous U14-U18 club teams, utilizing her background in fitness, strength training, and conditioning as a Physical Trainer for a local volleyball club.
Karrie’s passion lies in developing well-rounded athletes, with a holistic focus on their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.
Karrie has also had opportunities to coach local standout student-athletes in the Inland Northwest Showcase.
She is currently the Sideout Volleyball Club tournament team's director and Head Coach of 14 Black club team.
Besides coaching many U14-U18 club and school teams over the years, Karrie has also been afforded the opportunities to use her background in fitness and love of athletic strength training and conditioning as the Physical Trainer for a local volleyball club.
Karrie’s driving desire is to help encourage the development of a complete athlete with a holistic focus on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
