Kristin Kramer
Camp Director
Kristin Kramer is the Assistant Manager and Interim General Manager at Shoot360 Naperville in Naperville, Illinois. Kramer, 32, was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The game of basketball has been the primary focal point of Kramer’s life ever since she’s been very young. To be placed in this leadership position of orchestrating, facilitating, and pioneering a basketball club has put her wish list in every check mark column for life.
Kramer began playing the sport at the age of five. At the age of seven, she was offered a position in the elite (3-8) AAU girls basketball program, the Class of 2007 Cedar Rapids Panthers team. She ended her middle school and high school career with several accolades. Three top highlights of Kramer’s basketball career include advancing to the 2010 IGHSAU state tournament after transferring schools her junior year, being named a two-time member of the Iowa AAU State Tournament All-Tournament Team, and being regarded as one of the top ten players in the state of Iowa in the Class of 2011 prior to her freshman year in 2007.
Kramer graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in May of 2017 with her B.S. in Sports Management. In May of 2020, she graduated from Upper Iowa University with her M.S. in Sport Administration. She has experience with coaching Breakthrough Basketball, Prep Network, and was a former journalist with Minute Media, NBA FanSided’s Chicago Bulls: Pippen Ain’t Easy. Kramer is aspiring to play professionally overseas and in the WNBA. Her communication with various scouts, coaches, including former WNBA coach Danielle Vigilone, has provided her with a pathway of options and opportunities for her to fulfill her life-long basketball dream of competing and coaching at the highest levels of the game.
Kramer has been with Shoot360 Naperville for six months. In July of 2025, she was appointed as Interim General Manager. She loves being a difference maker and assisting players of all ages. Kramer has a strong belief system in wanting players to perform to the best of their ability, and loves providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for each player to build relationships with other players, themselves, and succeed in garnering their higher than highest aspirations.
