On staff is the current Head Lacrosse Coach of San Dieguito Academy High School Kyle Allen.
Coach Allen brings over 20 years of coaching experience, working with athletes from the youth level through the collegiate level. He has served in Head Coach and Program Director roles, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, player development, and building a competitive team culture.
In 2025, Coach Allen led his team to the CIF San Diego Section Division II Finals and was named the USA Lacrosse Coach of the Year, an honor voted on by his peers.
Coach Allen has also had the opportunity to work with Coach Mario at camp and really respects what he’s built. It’s a great setting for players to get quality reps, be coached the right way, and enjoy the game.
