Kyle Krustangel
Coach
Kyle Krustangel, a three year letter-winner at Whitworth and two time all NWC selection will be joining the Pirate coaching staff for the 2015 season. Kyle also played one year at Big Bend Community College and in the summer of 2008 he played for the Spokane Riverhawks in the West Coast League.
Krustangel has spent the past three years as a high school teacher at Bridgeport High School. He was the head varsity baseball coach all three years and was also the head varsity football coach. In the spring of 2014 Krustangel was named Coach of the Year in the North Central Washington 2B conference.
The last two summers Krustangel has served as the head coach of the Spokane Bandits AAA legion team.
Krustangel is a graduate of Whitworth where he earned his B.A. in history/social studies with his secondary education certificate. Krustangel was also a graduate of Joel E. Ferris high school in Spokane.
