Maeve Gaffny
Director
Maeve Gaffny is a Nike Volleyball Camp Director.
Maeve brings a strong background in both playing and coaching volleyball to her role as a Lead Coach at camp. A current student-athlete at Emmanuel College, she has competed at the collegiate level for three seasons and was named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team for her excellence in the classroom and on the court. Known for her leadership and communication skills, she understands the importance of building confidence and fundamentals in young athletes.
With several years of experience coaching youth volleyball camps, Maeve now leads training sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy. As a Lead Coach, she is responsible for designing drills, mentoring campers of all ages and skill levels, and creating a fun, supportive environment where athletes can grow both technically and personally. Her passion for teaching and her background as a multi-sport high school captain make her a role model for aspiring players.
Off the court, Maeve is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education and plans to become a teacher after graduation, combining her love for coaching and working with kids into a lifelong career in education.
