Mark Werhman
Camp Director
Mark Werhman PGA is director of instruction at Big Sky Resort. He is the current and 3-time recipient of the Rocky Mountain Section PGA Horton Smith Award, 2012, 2014, and 2016 and currently serves as the Education Chairman and Apprentice Mentor for the Rocky Mountain Section PGA.
Mark got his start in the golf business immediately after college working as an Assistant Golf Professional at Maddens Resort in Brainerd, MN. During the winter months Mark went to Naples, FL to work at The Club Pelican Bay, eventually moving to Naples to live and work year round in the fall of 2002. In 2006 Mark was hired to be the 1st Assistant Golf Professional at Olde Florida Golf Club where he spent two years in that position. In January of 2008 Mark was elected to membership as a Class A Member in the Professional Golfers Association of America. Shortly after, Mark was hired to be the General Manager at Eagle Rock Golf Course in Billings, MT. After four seasons at Eagle Rock Mark was then hired by Big Sky Resort to his current position of Head Golf Professional in May of 2012.
