Former Oklahoma State All-American and Sub-4 miler, Matthew Fayers, began his coaching stint with the Bluejays in the fall of 2018. Coach Fayers has proven to be invaluable in his first year with the program, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from someone who has competed at the most elite levels. Fayers continues to run competitively and looks to make 2019 his fifth straight year of recording a Sub-4 mile!
