BYU Highlights-

  • 2022: Finished the season with Cougar Football third-leading tackler with 62 stops (35 solo), 2.5 tackles-for-loss, three pass breakups and two forced fumbles. Named to Phil Steele All-Independent Second Team. Named Honorable Mention Freshman All-American by College Football News. Career-high 10 tackles (five solo) in BYU's 38-26 win over Utah State. Recorded a career high tackles-for-loss (1.5) as he led the team in total tackles with six in the Cougars' 38-24 win over Wyoming on Sept. 24, 2022. Signed with Cougar football in 2019

Freshman 2020

  • Played in 11 games, starting 5
  • Tallied 25 total tackles with 15 solo stops
  • Had 1.5 tackles for loss with one fumble recovery
  • In first career game and start, recorded seven total tackles against Troy including 0.5 TFL

  • Parents are Christina and Kenny
  • Father played football at Hawaii, intercepting Ty Detmer 3 times in 1990 vs. BYU
  • Best Madden player on the team

Before BYU

  • Prepped at Basha High School
  • Named 2019 All-State First-Team
  • Named Arizona 6A Premier Region First-Team and All-CUSD First-Team in both 2018 and 2019
  • As a senior compiled 517 passing yards, 264 rushing yards, 149 receiving yards and 26 tackles
  • Competed in the 100m, and 200m relays and played baseball at Basha High School
  • Coached by Chris McDonalds
  • Also recruited by Nevada, San Diego State, Syracuse and Tulane
