Mike Delia
Camp Director
Directing camp is Mike Delia, Assistant Coach at Minnechaug High School.
He began his coaching career at his alma mater, Springfield College, working with the offense, the man-up unit, face-offs, wing play, and the riding and clearing game. In his first year on the Pride coaching staff, he helped the team advance to the second round of the NCAA Division III tournament and the second-highest win total in school history. The following season, the team returned to the NCAA Division III playoffs.
Delia was graduated from Springfield with a bachelor's degree in physical education in 2012 and with a master's degree in advanced level coaching in 2015. During his playing career at Springfield, the Pride won 4 conference championships and made 4 NCAA Division III playoff appearances, with Delia earning 4 first-team all-conference citations and All-America honors. He served as team captain and was named Springfield Freshman Male Athlete of the Year and Junior Male Athlete of the Year.
He is a native of Shoreham, N.Y., where he earned All-America honors and helped Shoreham-Wading High School win county, Long Island, and state championships.
