Mike Fitzgerald is the Varsity Volleyball Coach at Andrews Osborne Academy!
Veteran area volleyball coach Mike Fitzgerald begins his second season as the Varsity Volleyball Coach at AOA in the Fall of 2025. Prior to his time at AOA, Coach Fitzgerald was the Head Coach at both Fairport and Perry and was named Chagrin Valley Conference Coach of the Year on three different occasions. Fitzgerald has also coached JO Volleyball for over 15 seasons. Off the court, Coach Fitzgerald is a police sergeant with the Willoughby Police Department where he has worked for 30 years. Fun fact - his grandson is 3 and “is the greatest thing on the planet”. “He loves watching volleyball. He saw his first match at 6 months old and watched the entire match.”
