Mike Welch is a Camp Director and Head Volleyball Coach at Peak Volleyball.
- As a college head coach at the NCAA Division I and II levels, Mike Welch has led teams to 6 nationally ranked seasons, advanced to 4 NCAA Tournaments, NCAA Sweet 16, NIVC post-season appearance, 5 conference championships, and over 250 collegiate wins.
- As a former USA Volleyball National Team pipeline head coach (2x Head Coach for Girls USA Youth National Team and US Olympic Festival Team), helped develop foundations for players who have become 3-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Olympic Silver Medalist and Beijing Olympics Best Scorer, numerous USA team captains, many USA National Team members, 5 National Players-of-the-Year honorees, and College and High School All-Americans.

- Head Coach in the US Olympic Festival winning a Silver Medal, and assistant coach one year
- National Top 30 USA Today ranking as Head Coach at Helix High School in San Diego, California (6 seasons)
- National presenter multiple years at the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) National Convention. Proud member since 1990.
