Our summer camp employs approximately 100 staff members.
Learn from the best! Milepost35 employs only the most qualified coaches and pros, eager to share their experience and knowledge with campers. With access to technical terrain, creative freestyle features, and indoor-to-outdoor progression instruction, advanced riders are provided all of the tools they need to step to new challenges and add to their bags of tricks.
Our staff is certified in first aid, CPR, and USOC Safe Sport, and is selected based on their relevant work experience, qualifications, maturity level, reliability, enthusiasm, and overall ability to provide a positive and supportive environment for our campers. Applicants pass pre-employment drug screening and agree to random testing throughout the season. Background checks and motor vehicle record checks are also performed. We are very proud of the fact that over 80% of our staff return each year. All Windells, all youth camper grounds are alcohol, drug, and tobacco-free.
