Mirko Nufi
Men's Soccer Assistant Coach - Merrimack College
Nufi returns to Merrimack as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the 2024 season.
The Crema, Italy native played under head coach Tony Martone from 2018-2021. During his time with the Warriors, Nufi was awarded Northeast Conference (NEC) Defensive Player of the Year in 2019, as well as United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American, Scholar All-Region first team and All-Northeast Region first team honors in the same year. Nufi also led the Warriors to a NEC regular season title after scoring the winning penalty kick against Fairleigh Dickinson that clinched the title in Merrimack's first year in Division I. More recently, Nufi was awarded All-American Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year in 2021
In addition to coaching the Warriors, Nufi is the Premier Director at MA North Rush Soccer Club
