Morgan Brozena

Morgan Brozena is the Head Field Hockey Coach at Cedar Crest College.

Brozena was recently at the University of New Haven, a Division II institution, starting as a graduate assistant in 2017 and was appointed the assistant coach from 2018 until the spring of 2020. She was a part of building a new program in its infancy in the 2017 season, working with the goalkeepers. Brozena also has experience as a club coach with the University of New Haven Club and HTC Clubs. She also spent a season at Wittenberg University as an assistant coach in 2016.

A Telford native, Brozena had a four-year playing career as the goalkeeper at Washington and Jefferson College, amassing over 3,700 minutes in the cage, with a goals-against average of 1.53. She also reached the Empire 8 tournament on three occasions, while accumulating 14 career shutouts and sits 2nd all-time in the Presidents' record book with 219 career saves.

Brozena received her bachelor's degrees in French and International Studies, as well as an Art History minor from Washington and Jefferson College in 2016. She then obtained her master's degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Collegiate Athletics from the University of New Haven.
