Patty Hubbard

Patty Hubbard is the Assistant Field Hockey Coach for Marin Catholic High School and club coach with the Golden Gate Rippers Field Hockey Club.

Patty Hubbard grew up a multi-sport athlete in Enfield, CT. In 2008, Patty was inducted into the Enfield Athletic Hall of Fame for her contributions to sports on and off the field.

Patty went on to be a field hockey player at Division 1 Providence College and won two Big East championships (1989, 1991) and advanced as far as the final 8 in the NCAA championships. Providence College maintained a top 20 National ranking during Patty's 4-year career.

Currently, Patty is a year-round club coach with the Golden Gate Rippers Field Hockey Club and an assistant coach for the Marin Catholic High School field hockey team. Patty has been actively involved in growing the game in the Bay Area by focusing on getting more middle school girls playing and enjoying the great game of field hockey. She believes that through sports, girls learn important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and confidence.
