He currently coaches the U19 APA Poble Sec team, which competes in the second-best category in Spain for their age group, facing formidable opponents like FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol. Pol’s coaching experience includes a stint at Atlético de Madrid Experiences and the Atlético de Madrid Academy. His leadership led the U19 team to victory in the 2022-23 U19 2nd Division.
