Priscilla Tallman

Priscilla Tallman is the Assistant Coach of the Women's Beach Volleyball team at Arizona Christian University.

Priscilla Tallman played collegiate volleyball for The University of Georgia and earned First Team All-America honors in 1993, 1994, SEC Freshman of the year in 1991, SEC Player of the Year in 1994, 1st Team All-SEC 1991-1994 and was inducted into Georgia’s prestigious Circle of Honor in 2006. She also played professional volleyball in Geneva, Switzerland and toured with the USA National Extended A Team in 1994 and as a member of The World University Games Team in 1995.

In 2016, she stepped back into coaching at the high school and club level as a Head Coach for the Millennium High School beach team. In her first two years at Millennium, the Tigers finished as State Runners-up and placed two pairs in the State playoffs.. In 2018 she made the jump to the collegiate level as the Volunteer Assistant for Arizona State University beach team, that season The Sundevil beach team tallied the most wins in program history with a 21-14 record that season. Additionally, the team had the best PAC-12 tournament outing and beat three top 20 teams (GCU, Cal and Stanford) that season.

Tallman has also worked as a freelance writer. She has written for Volleyball Magazine, The Art of Coaching Volleyball, Gorgo Fitness Magazine, CrossFit, Sweat RX, OPEX Fitness and the CrossFit Games. Along with writing, Priscilla speaks with high school athletes, coaches and parents about mindset and performance training as well as mental wellness in athlete populations. She has a BS in Psychology from The University of Georgia and a MS in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University.

Tallman has co-authored a performance journal “30 Day Reset Journal” as well as authored “30 Day Return to Play Journal” and provides performance and mindset coaching to youth, club and collegiate athletes. She is married to Rich Tallman and has two children, Joaquin and Lyncoln.
