Rachel Rubio

Rachel Rubio, a former standout student-athlete at the University of La Verne, has recently joined the softball staff as the Graduate Assistant Coach. Her outstanding achievements as a player include multiple First Team All-SCIAC distinctions and recognition for exceptional pitching abilities. Her senior year she posted a record high of 101 strikeouts for the 2023 season, ending her career with a 2.37 ERA. She is also actively involved in coaching an 18U travel softball team and serving as a pitching instructor for Wallace Fastpitch Academy.
