Rocky Robinson

Rocky Robinson (aka “Pops”) is the scouting and operations coach for the NGU Soccer team. Because of his children’s involvement he has coached and worked with soccer programs for many years as a volunteer...
He was involved in bringing soccer into the high schools in Tennessee and has coached at club level for both recreational and premier travel teams. Last year he retired from co-coaching the golf team at MRCA after 14 years. His free time, which has increased since he retired in 2007, is spent playing golf and following his grandkids in their sports and activities.
Pops started working with the NGU Women’s Soccer Program during the 2015 season, and is looking forward to many more years as part of the growing program.
