Rodney Haddix is entering his first season as the Head Coach of the Findlay Prep Pilots in the 2018-2019 season. Coach Haddix spent the previous five seasons as an Assistant Coach and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Findlay Prep, one of the nation's top high school basketball programs.
In Haddix's five seasons with Findlay Prep the Pilots finished 153-19 and advanced to the Final 4 of the National High School Tournament four times. Haddix has coached five McDonald’s All-Americans, five Jordan Brand All-Americans, 35 Division I signees, and four NBA draft picks, including two first rounders. Haddix played for Findlay College Prep in its inaugural season in 2006-2007. After his time at Findlay Prep, Haddix played Division I basketball for Miami University of Ohio for three seasons. Haddix finished his senior year playing at NAIA Division I program Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky. Haddix graduated from Miami University in 2012 with a Bachelors Science Degree in Kinesiology and Health.
