Ryan Windisch - Camp Director

Women's and Men's Head Volleyball Coach at Irvine Valley College.

Coach Ryan Windisch is the Women's and Men's Head Volleyball Coach at Irvine Valley College in Irvine, CA where he has led them to much success. The Lasers are currently ranked in the top 20 in the state of California and had a student-athlete recently earn AVCA 2-Year College National Player of the Week. Coach Windisch has also guided the Men’s team to 1st and 2nd Place finishes the last couple of seasons.

Windisch was previously an Associate Head Coach at IVC where the team posted an impressive 75-3 overall record including a perfect 27-0 State Title season in 2017. Coach Windisch takes pride in helping his players move on to the 4-year level. He has helped over 20 student-athletes reach their goal of playing at the Division 1, 2, 3 and NAIA levels. Prior to Irvine Valley College, Windisch was the Director of Operations for the Long Beach State Men's Volleyball Team.

Windisch has over ten years of coaching club volleyball. He currently coaches at Balboa Bay Volleyball Club in Costa Mesa, CA, the #1 Boys club in the nation with many Junior National Championships and medals. Balboa Bay recently started a Girls club where Windisch is the leader of the 17s age division.

As a player, Windisch was a Libero for Long Beach State. During his senior season he averaged 2.83 digs per set which ranks 2nd in Long Beach State history. Windisch attended Servite High School in Anaheim where he was an AVCA All-American. Windisch earned a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Affairs and a Masters Degree in Sport Management from Long Beach State.
