Sarah Schiff

Sarah Schiff, born and raised in Rock Hill, SC, moved coast to coast, to San Diego, CA for her aunt unrelated to soccer. San Diego is where she found herself in a booming soccer city and stayed. It was here where she coached all levels and ages for the next 12 years.

Sarah's love and passion for the game is evident when coaching player development. She coached for 3 major clubs in San Diego and learned first hand how imperative player confidence and development truly was and made it her craft through the grassroots age groups, U8 and younger.

It's not until now, the fruits of her labor are starting to ripen as her once grassroots players are competing in the Elite Clubs National League Playoffs (ECNL) and getting recognized by US Soccer National Team programs.

Communication is huge for her. Sarah prides herself on addressing technical details throughout sessions in a safe and respectful manner as well the importance of face-to-face player::coach::parent communication. Aware of the mental and physical stresses of the game for all parties involved, she willingly keeps an open door policy with all her clients and fellow coaches in hopes to set minds at ease and gain perspective through others.
