• Ran the third leg of the winning DMR at ACC Indoor Championships, the 800m
• Competed in the 800m at three consecutive meets: Eagle Invite, BU Daid Hemery Valentine Invitational, and the Arkansas Qualifier where he ran a personal best of 1:48.15 for fifth place
• Started the season by helping Virginia to a second in the distance medley relay at the Virginia Tech Invitational
• Assisted in Virginia racing to first in the distance medley relay at the Penn State National Open along with competing in the 800m
2023 Cross Country
• Made his Cavalier debut at the XC23 Pre-National meet running 8k in 25:10.6
