Steve Detwiler

Steve Detwiler is a San Rafael Native and local baseball legend. He was drafted in 2006 after an outstanding career at San Rafael High School.

He passed on the big leagues to go play for Fresno State, where he hit 2 home runs in the clinching game of the 2008 College World Series. Currently the San Rafael High School Varsity Head Coach, Steve also has a newborn baby boy and is dedicating himself to helping local baseball players achieve their dreams. He runs his camps to focus on fun, learning to play baseball the right way, and teaching lessons that go beyond the playing field.
