Tati Korba
Womens Head Coach - Stevenson University
Tati Korba, the ninth head coach in Stevenson University women’s soccer history, brings more than two decades of coaching excellence and a deep passion for youth player development to the Nike Soccer Camp at Garrison Forest School. A proven program builder and nationally respected leader, Korba creates an environment where young athletes can grow technically, build confidence, and strengthen their love for the game. Her player‑first approach ensures that every camper—from beginners to advanced competitors—feels supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their potential.
Korba has led the Mustangs since 2017 and has guided the program to numerous milestones, including her 100th career coaching victory in 2021. Under her leadership, Stevenson has produced multiple All‑MAC Commonwealth selections, United Soccer Coaches All‑Region honorees, and Scholar All‑Region standouts. Her teams have earned marquee results, highlighted by the program’s first‑ever win over No. 8 Johns Hopkins and several postseason runs within the competitive MAC Commonwealth Conference. Known for developing resilient, well‑rounded players, Korba’s coaching emphasizes technical growth, tactical awareness, and a positive team culture.
Before arriving at Stevenson, Korba spent 11 seasons as head coach at Goucher College, where she became the winningest coach in program history. She led Goucher to a record‑tying 12‑win season, coached numerous All‑Conference and All‑Region players, and was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics, overseeing key facilities and game operations. Her strong coaching foundation also includes leadership roles within the WPSL as the head coach of the McLean Soccer team and Head Recruiting Advisor for McLean Soccer Club.
A standout player herself, Korba starred at William Smith College, earning NSCAA Division III Second Team All‑America, East Region All‑American honors, New York State Player of the Year, and UCAA Conference Player of the Year recognition. She helped lead the program to a second‑place national finish, competing in the NCAA Tournament all four years. Korba later played semi‑professionally for the Maryland Pride in the WPSL, serving as a starting forward and helping the club to top finishes in the Eastern Conference.
Beyond her coaching roles, Korba contributes to the sport at a national level as the Chair of the NSCAA Mid‑Atlantic All‑America Committee, and supports student‑athletes on campus as a Stevenson University SAAC Advisor.
