Tim Walls

Tim Walls has over 15 years of experience in speed training, Strength & Conditioning, and Agility. Walls is actively involved in providing instruction to professional athletes through designing and implementing speed and agility programs for NFL players such as Braushad Breeland (Minnesota Vikings), Walt Aikens (Miami Dolphins), Tyler Goodson (Green Bay Packers), and Cam Britt (Cincinnati Bengals).

Originally from Clearwater, Florida, Walls moved to Charlotte, graduated from West Mecklenburg High School, and was a 2004 North Carolina A&T University graduate. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Human Performance, and Leisure Studies, with experience coaching youth Track & Field as well as collegiate strength and conditioning while at North Carolina A&T.

He has experience on both the collegiate and professional level, Serving as an assistant coach under the instruction of Tim Hall to the Charlotte 49ers. While there, Walls provided instructions to sprinters and guidance in the weight room.

Walls has an impressive athletic career in the sprinting events as a collegiate athlete, including NCAA All-American honors in the 4x100m relay in 2001, three-time MEAC 100m Champion, MEAC MVP (2004), NC A&T Male Athlete of the Year (2004), the N.C. A&T Hall of Fame Award (2004) and team MVP (2004). While attending NC A&T, Walls established school records in the 55-meter (6.19) and 100-meter (10.19) and was a member of the 4x100m record relay team (39.43).
