Tina Hadley

Tina Hadley is the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Lakewood Ranch High School. Coach Hadley was recently named District 16 2016 coach of the year and the Florida Association of Basketball Coaches 2016 7A Coach of the Year.

Tina Hadley is married to Carlton Hadley and has two sons Brenden and Christopher Hadley. Coach Hadley graduated from Southeast high school in Bradenton, Florida and was a member of the 1985 state championship team. She graduated and received a scholarship to play basketball at Cheyney University in Pennsylvania where she became the 3rd leading scorer in school history, eventually being inducted into Cheyney’s Hall of Fame. Coach Hadley began her coaching career by becoming an assistant coach at Cheyney University where she coached for two years. She is a student of the game and in the past has worked basketball camps for John Cheney, Vivian Stringer, and recently Sylvia Hatchell. Upon moving back to Florida in 1996, she volunteered her time at the Police Athletic League coaching both the boys and the girls’ teams. In 2006 she began teaching and coaching at Lakewood Ranch high school and is currently the winningest coach in school history. In 2009 she founded the travel ball organization Next Level Hoops that she continues to oversee.
