Trevor Trimpe

Trevor Trimpe enters his third season as the assistant coach of the NU men's and women's swimming and diving programs in 2015-16.

Trimpe helped guide the Norwich men to their fourth straight GNAC Invitational title and a third place finish at the 2015 New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association (NEISDA) Championships.

Trimpe assists head coach Andrew Bretscher in all the day-to-day swimming and diving responsibilties.

Trimpe came to Norwich after graduating in December 2012 from Valparaiso where he was a four-year member of the swim team. Trevor specialized in breast stroke and middle distance freestyle and served as team captain his senior season.

Trevor was a part of the team that set the school record in the 200 medley relay, and also part of the team that broke the record the following year. He also holds the second fastest time in Valparaiso history in the 500 Freestyle.

Following graduation he helped coach a USA Club team.
