Zac Nakajima
Director
Born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon, Zac Nakajima built his tennis foundation through years of junior competition before playing collegiately at the nationally ranked University of Redlands. He later graduated from Linfield University, where he competed at the top of the lineup in both singles (#1/#2) and doubles (#1). During his senior season, Zac earned All–Northwest Conference First Team honors in doubles and Second Team honors in singles, along with being selected to the Conference All‑Sportsmanship Team by fellow players and coaches.
Zac’s connection to the Nike Tennis Camps at Lake Tahoe runs deep—he first came to Granlibakken at just two years old. Over the years, he grew from camper to counselor to Director, ultimately helping run every aspect of the camp. With five years of coaching experience and hundreds of juniors and adults trained under his leadership, Zac brings energy, expertise, and a lifelong passion for the sport to the Lake Tahoe junior tennis program.
He’s excited to welcome another great group of campers and continue the tradition he grew up with!
