Zach Ferrell is the new Head Men's Basketball coach at Eastern Florida State College with a proven track record of building elite basketball programs and players. He previously served as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Hamilton Heights Christian Academy, where he led the team to an 85% win rate (214-36), secured four NACA Division 1 National Championships, and consistently maintained a national Top 25 ranking. His teams captured prestigious titles including the City of Palms Signature Series in 2015 and 2019, and the 2020 team finished Top 20 nationally across multiple rankings (FAB50, MaxPreps, ESPN, and USA Today).
He developed 20+ Division I players, including NBA All Star and First team All NBA player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and NBA first round draft pick and player Nickeil Alexander-Walker. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to player development, competitive excellence, and program sustainability.
