CEO Toni Owens

Toni is the CEO and founder of Evolve1, a mental coaching app designed for youth athletes ages 13-18 to build confidence and resilience. With over 20 years of expertise in athlete performance and executive consulting, she identified a significant gap in addressing the mental aspect of youth sports. Evolve1 leverages evidence-based psychological techniques through dynamic video content, empowering young athletes to excel both on and off the field.
Co-Creator Dr. Debbie Crews, Ph.D.

Dr. Crews is a co-creator of Evolve1, bringing over 30 years of research in performance psychology. She has developed systems to enhance performance across sports, education, and special needs populations. Her evidence-based methodologies, tested with athletes and the military, are key to Evolve1’s mental training strategies. His background includes 9 years at Microsoft, as well as start-ups such as Medio Systems, Xealth, and Swype.
Project Manager Helen Coates

Helen brings over 20 years of experience in operations and project management with a strong focus on product development. She has honed her skills in product development with her work on several SaaS products, including Evolve1. Her background includes working with established companies and multiple startups, including Donor Impact, and Gemvara Inc. (purchased by Warren Buffet), where she contributed to operations, programs, and product management. In her role with Evolve1, Helen continues to cultivate her passion for empowering young men and women to achieve success both in life and in sports.
Marketing/Brand Strategy Lauren Hunt

Lauren Hunt adds value to Evolve1 with an extensive background in team leadership, marketing, brand strategy, and sales. After many years in the top 1% of agents in her industry in real estate, and running a large team, she has brought her passion for supporting youth athletes to Evolve1. As a mother, she understands the need for children to have a strong foundational base in mental coaching, not only in sports but in all facets of their lives.

Evolve1 empowers youth athletes by developing the mental tools needed to excel both on and off the field. Through training in goal setting, imagery, self-talk, resilience, and focus, Evolve1 provides the skills that are just as vital as physical conditioning. These mental strategies enable athletes to enhance their self-esteem, confidence and elevate their overall performance to reach new heights.

The program is designed to provide young athletes (13–18 years old) with short, 90-second daily videos designed to fit into any athlete’s busy schedule. Each day, athletes receive a new video lesson that builds their mental toolkit, helping them stay motivated, confident, and ready to take on any challenge. Please note: The email used to create your USSC Customer Portal account is the email address that will be used to create your athlete's Evolve1 account/app login information. To view or change your primary email address, go to "MY ACCOUNT" in the top menu bar of the Customer Portal.
Each enrolled athlete must use a unique email address in the app. If you are enrolling multiple campers or would like to use a different email for Evolve1, please follow the instructions below:
- After you have added Evolve1 to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout ➡ Once in your shopping cart, select the "+ ENROLL A NEW CAMPER" button found in the bottom right corner of the Evolve1 program description ➡ Input your athlete's information with a unique email address to be used in the Evolve1.

How do I activate my Evolve1 account?

Within 2 hours of registration, you will receive an activation email from Evolve1 with instructions to download the E1 app. The email will also include a temporary code. Download the app, enter the temporary code, and set your password to complete the setup.

What should I do after setting up my account?

After setting up your account, log into the Evolve1 mobile app and take the pre-assessment. You’ll be ready to begin watching your first video. Make sure to watch a video every day to maintain your streak.

How do I maintain my streak and earn awards in the Evolve1 app?
