Nike Football Skills Camp is excited to bring a new camp offering at De Smet Jesuit High School in the summer of 2025! Camp Director Nick Johnson invites young athletes, from beginners to advanced players, to take their game to the next level and to leave camp better than when they arrived.
Our expert coaching staff will guide athletes through a series of skill-building drills that cover both offensive and defensive techniques. Each session includes essential warm-ups and stretching routines, followed by position-specific drills designed to improve agility, precision, and strength.
This camp is perfect for athletes eager to enhance their football skills, whether they’re new to the game or looking to refine their technique. Players will not only improve their performance but also build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere of friendly competition.

Camp Director Nick Johnson
Nick Johnson is a Sports Performance Coach in Kansas City, Missouri. He is a former two time state champion and college athlete. As a performance coach, he incorporates a combination of experience and winning culture into the training and development program for his athletes.

Co-Director Darrell Green
Born and raised in Saint Louis, MO, Coach Darrell Green has established a distinguished career in sports. After graduating from Jennings HS, having played both baseball and football, he began his collegiate athletic journey playing baseball at Greenville University. He then transferred walked on and played football as a wide receiver and participated in indoor track at Lindenwood University. Coach Green completed his education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), earning a bachelor’s degree in Sports Psychology and Applied Communications.

Instruction will develop fundamentals and advanced skills, focusing on footwork, specific positions, team play, and game situations.

2025 SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION
- Dates: July 21-25, 2025
- Age Group: 7-16
- Camp Type: Day Camp
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm
- Check-In: Begins 30 minutes prior to the camp start time.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a snack/lunch to camp each day.

- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours

Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion.
Facility: Outdoor Fields. Indoor facilities are available during inclement weather conditions.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Football Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.
