CAMP PROGRAM

Residential 1- and 2-week camps in July and August for boys and girls aged 10-17 at Bradfield College, a prestigious UK private school near London.

Players can choose to focus entirely on developing their game with the Total Golf option or improve their English language skills alongside their golf with the Golf + English option. The coaching programme, designed by leading British PGA professionals, combines technical coaching with on-course play and the use of an indoor performance studio with Trackman 4 technology.

Designed for regular players and not suitable for beginners, camps are action-packed, ensuring young players maximize their learning and gain a valuable cultural experience.

GOLF TRAINING

• Golf Staff: Directed by Simon McGreal & Dean Halford, with training from other PGA professionals
• Ratio: 1:6 coach-to-player ratio
• Facility:
  • On-site: 9-hole course, 2305 metres, par 33 course. Indoor golf performance studio. Putting green Short game are + practice bunker.
  • Off-site: 18 hole golf course & practice facilities. Driving range
• Training Hours: Up to 24 hours of professional coaching a week
  • Workshops and seminars with coaches and teachers
• Assessments: Each player is given an individual report and completion certificate to take home.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

• Total Golf Camps Instruction: Up to 24 hours per week of coaching, plus up to 8 hours per week of sports-related workshops.
• Golf & English Camps Instruction: Up to 24 hours per week of coaching and match play, plus up to 13 hours per week of English language lessons.
• Meals & Accommodations: Campers will be housed in the Bradfield College dormitories, and will receive 3 nutritionally balanced meals a day and an evening snack.
• Camper Amenity Package: All campers get a Nike gear pack.

• Supervision: 24/7 on-site male and female player welfare support staff
• Excursions: One excursion on a 6-night camp and three excursions on a 13-night camp
• Evening Activities: All players will enjoy evening activities to help build team bonding. Some of these activities may include ultimate frisbee, quiz night, bowling, and capture the flag.

EXCURSIONS

Oxford Tour (All 13-night camps + 6-night camps in weeks starting: 7 Jul, 21 Jul, 4 Aug)

• Players explore the historic city of Oxford, home to the oldest university in the English-speaking world with magnificent architecture and academic history around every corner.

Thorpe Park Theme Park (13-night camps only)

• There's something to suit everyone at one of England's top theme parks. Adrenaline junkies can ride rollercoasters that go from 0-80mph in under two seconds while those who prefer to keep their feet near the ground can enjoy smaller rides and traditional fairground activities.

London Experience (All 13-night camps + 6-night camps in weeks starting: 30 Jun, 14 Jul, 28 July, 11 August)

• A chance to explore England's famous capital city and see some of the famous sights such as Buckingham Palace and The Houses of Parliament, followed by shopping in the afternoon.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Nike Golf Camps offer airport transfers to/from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and London Gatwick Airport (LGW) for an additional fee. These can be booked directly by contacting [email protected] once you have booked a camp. The cost for a standard transfer is £130 each way, and the fee for an Unaccompanied Minor (UM) transfer is £160 each way. Transfers can only be booked for flights that arrive in the UK between 8:00am and 4:00pm on the camp start date and depart the UK between 11:00am and 6:00pm on the camp end date.

Unaccompanied Minor (UM) or Airport Assistance is a service offered by most airlines whereby airline staff supervises and escort a child during their flight and through the parts of the airport that our staff don't have access to. We recommend using this service for all children traveling alone under the age of 14. Please inform us of your airport transfer booking if you are using this service by emailing [email protected] at least 4 weeks before the start of the camp.

INFORMATION PACKET

A detailed camper Information Packet containing check-in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, a list of things to bring, and other important information will be emailed from Euro Sports Camps to all registered campers closer to the camp's start date.
