Nike Junior Golf Camps
Summer Parent/Child Camp
Nike Junior Golf Camps is thrilled to announce its newest parent/child golf camp at the iconic Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Summer 2026. For two and a half days, junior golfers and their parents get to experience the magic of Bandon Dunes while receiving in-depth instruction from the coaching staff at the Links Golf Academy (which is owned and operated by Bandon Dunes).
Hosted by Bandon Dunes’ Director of Instruction, Kevin Phillips, campers and parents are invited to join in for a top-tier, links-oriented instruction experience and course play on some of Bandon Dunes’ most beautiful tracks.
The camp includes a welcome round at Bandon Preserve (a fun 13-hole par-3 course), three hours of morning instruction on Days 2 & 3, boxed lunches following each instructional session, and two 18-hole rounds: one at Pacific Dunes (ranked #23 on Golf Digest’s List of America’s Greatest Golf Courses) and another at Sheep Ranch (the newest 18-hole course to be added to Bandon Dunes which offers nine greens on the Pacific Ocean).
Lodging Options
There are two fee types for the camp. Groups may select the “Lodging Included” option which includes a double-occupancy room at The Lily Pond at Bandon Dunes for Sunday and Monday night. Alternatively, groups may elect to book their own lodging off property by selecting the “Non-Lodging” option. Please note, off-property lodging can be very limited in the Bandon area. We highly recommend booking the “Lodging Included” option.
Weather/Gear
While the weather is often mild in July, conditions can vary greatly on the Oregon coast. The average high temperature is 67 degrees, and the average low is 52 degrees. We recommend all campers pack warm layers and rain gear.
Highlights Include
- Daily play at a variety of iconic Bandon Dunes Golf Resort courses: Pacific Dunes, Sheep Ranch, and Bandon Preserve
- Six (6) total hours of group coaching at The Practice Center from The Links Golf Academy Teaching Staff
- Links Academy teaching staff members will accompany groups for course play, providing expert advice on shot selection and course strategy
- Boxed lunches between the morning instruction and golf rounds on Days 2 & 3
- Nike Camp Gift Pack for each participant

The Practice Center at Bandon Dunes
The central Practice Center is located between Pacific Dunes and Old Macdonald on Round Lake Road. Each course has a putting green near their 1st tee and we recommend putting before your round at each of the course locations. The Practice Center is approximately 50 acres with two full practice ranges facing north and south, a one-acre practice green, two short game practice areas, and Charlotte’s 9-hole par three practice course.
Pacific Dunes
Designed by Tom Doak and opened in 2001, Pacific Dunes is remarkably different in character and shot making requirements than our other courses. Pacific Dunes doesn't feel like it was built as much as it was discovered. Rippling fairways remain just as they were found and natural bunkers line the landscape as they have for centuries. The course emerges from shore pines to spectacular 60-foot sand dunes. When the wind blows, precise approach shots are a necessity. Pacific Dunes is short enough to give you hope but rugged enough to test every facet of your game.
Sheep Ranch
Renovated by the world-class design team of Coore & Crenshaw and co-founded by Phil Friedmann and Mike Keiser, the Sheep Ranch was for many years a mysterious golf landscape just north of Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Now with one mile of ocean frontage, nine green sites right along the edge of the continent, and stunning Pacific Ocean views on every hole, Sheep Ranch continues the legacy of “Golf As It Was Meant to Be” on the Pacific Coast.
Bandon Preserve
A unique experience in every way, Bandon Preserve is a 13-hole par-3 course that delivers a level of enjoyment matched only by the spectacular views. Opened in 2012 and designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, Bandon Preserve begins high atop a sand dune and rolls down toward the beach. The Pacific Ocean provides the backdrop to every hole and the course’s mission through the support of the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation is to promote a region where healthy ecosystems drive a vibrant economy.
