Camp Overview

Meet us on the mat at Nike Gymnastics Camps

Our Full Day Competitive Camp (8:30am–2:30pm) is designed for USAG Levels 3–10 competitive gymnasts who want to improve technique, build strength, and refine routines. Campers train through structured rotations on each event, along with ballet, strength, flexibility, and mindset training. Athletes are evaluated on the first day and grouped by age and ability to ensure personalized coaching and a supportive training environment.

Our Half Day Camp (5:00pm–7:30pm) is perfect for recreational gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers interested in gymnastics, cheer tumbling, and dance acro. This session focuses on skill development, confidence building, and having fun while learning new techniques.

Both sessions provide a positive, high-energy camp experience where athletes can build skills, make friends, and grow their love for the sport.

    Kratos Gym Headshot

    Ashley Del Monte Anton

    Camp Director

Born prematurely at just 1lb 3oz, Ashley turned early adversity into fierce determination, discovering her love for gymnastics after watching the USA's legendary 1996 Olympic triumph. Starting at age seven, she competed through Level 10, claiming numerous state and regional titles despite mounting injuries. A severe elbow injury in 2004 ended her competitive career, but ignited her coaching journey—at just 15, she stepped up to lead her own competitive team when her coach abandoned them mid-competition.

Today, Ashley is celebrated as a top choreographer renowned for her iconic elegance, breathtaking artistry on beam and floor, and ability to instill champion mindsets. Co-owner of Kratos Gymnastics with her husband Mihael (Romanian National Olympic Team Member & Cirque du Soleil artist), she coaches athletes from toddlers to elite levels, building confident performers who shine in routines and life. She and her husband were back-to-back regional recipients of the Positive Coaching Alliance Positive Coach of the Year Award (Double Goal Coach Award), honoring their commitment to positive youth development and empowering young athletes beyond the skills. Her work has earned recognition for nurturing talent, from state champions to those pursuing college gymnastics.

Experience her transformative energy: master precise technique, unleash graceful performance, unlock your "wow" factor, and train under one of the sport's most dynamic, empowering coaches. Leave inspired, stronger, and ready to reach new heights!
