HAVE SERIOUS FUN AT NIKE GYMNASTICS CAMPS

Join us this summer for an unforgettable gymnastics experience! This camp is open to boys ages 6-17, competing at Levels 4-10. It’s a unique opportunity for athletes to train with Shane Wiskus and his exceptional team of coaches, including National Team members and elite gymnasts with years of experience at the highest levels.

The Full Day Camp offers an immersive training experience, where athletes will be challenged and inspired to improve. Campers will focus on event rotations, perfect their stick technique, conquer fears on the high bar, and enjoy fun activities outside the gym. Shane’s Nike Gymnastics Camp emphasizes building strong fundamentals, while fostering skill development, confidence, and creating lasting memories both inside and outside the gym.

    Shane Wiskus

    Camp Director

    Shane Wiskus played a pivotal role in NCAA Men’s Gymnastics at the University of Minnesota, earning numerous accolades including being named Big 10 Gymnast of the Year twice, College Gymnastics Association MVP, and the prestigious Nissan-Emery Award as the top collegiate male gymnast in the U.S. He is a strong advocate for the reinstatement of the Men’s Gymnastics Team at the University of Minnesota and is deeply committed to increasing access to gymnastics for future generations.

    Shane Wiskus

    Camp Director

    Currently training at EVO Gymnastics in Sarasota, Shane is actively contributing to the growth of the Men’s program both at the club and in the sport at large.

    Leading up to the 2020 Olympic Games, Shane proved to be a consistent and dependable athlete, earning a spot on Team USA for Tokyo, where they finished 5th overall. His leadership helped secure a Gold medal for Team USA at the Pan American Championships in Colombia. Shane is also an alternate for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

    In 2021, Shane graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Marketing, blending his passion for gymnastics with a strategic mindset for growth.

    Riley Loos has been a standout in NCAA Men’s Gymnastics at Stanford University, playing a key role in the team’s dominant run of national championships. Riley helped lead Stanford to multiple NCAA titles while also achieving individual success on national and international stages.

    A four-time NCAA Champion and a former U.S. National Team Member, Riley is passionate about the continued growth of men’s gymnastics and committed to mentoring the next generation of athletes through high-level training and positive leadership.

    In 2025, Riley captured the Winter Cup All-Around, Floor, and Still Rings titles, solidifying his place among the top gymnasts in the country. He has represented the U.S. internationally as a World Cup medalist, and served as an alternate for the 2023 Pan American Games team, which went on to win gold.

    Riley graduated from Stanford University in 2024, where he balanced his athletic career with academic excellence, and now brings that same drive and discipline to his coaching philosophy.

CAMP PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • Camp Type(s) Offered: Full Day

SKILL LEVELS & GROUP PLACEMENT

  • Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. Campers are then sorted by ability first, then age per the Camp Director's discretion - adjustments are made as needed during camp.

DAILY CAMP SCHEDULE.

FRIDAY
  • 8:45am - 9:00am: Camper check-in
  • 9:00am - 10:00am: Warm up, camper evaluation & active games
  • 10:00am - 1:00pm: Event Rotations
  • 1:00pm - 2:00pm: Lunch break & Q&A
  • 2:00pm - Campers dismissed
SATURDAY
  • 9:00am - 9:30am: Warm Up
  • 10:00am - 1:00pm: Event rotations
  • 1:30pm: Cool down & campers dismissed
  • 2:30pm - 4:00pm: *Afternoon Lake Day at Lake Minnetonka Regional Park!
    • *Optional!* Campers are not required to participate—those who do not join will be dismissed at 1:30pm at Mini Hops. For campers who wish to participate, parents are responsible for transporting their child from Mini Hops to the designated meeting spot at the lake.
SUNDAY
  • 9:00am - 9:30am: Warm Up
  • 10:00am - 1:00pm: Event rotations
  • 1:00pm - 2:00pm: Lunch & Camp Wrap Up

FACILITY: MINI HOPS GYMNASTICS

  • Medical Protocol: In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
  • Instruction Campers are closely supervised by our Camp Staff at all times, with hand spotting provided on skills as needed to ensure safety.
  • Ratio: Low camper to coach ratio
  • Camp T-Shirt: All campers receive a Nike Gymnastics Camps t-shirt

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you need to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for the tuition fees paid, valid for one year for any sport and transferable to any immediate family member. Please note that participants who do not attend their registered session (no-shows) or fail to notify USSC at least 24 hours prior to check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.
  • Refunds are available only if the Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your payment due date (1st of the month prior to your camp start date).

ACCOMMODATIONS & TRAVEL

  • This is a Day Camp only; housing is NOT included in the camp tuition. Campers are responsible for arranging their own overnight accommodations if needed.
  • Nike Gymnastics Camp does not provide any transportation to/from camp from the airport, train stations, or bus depots.
  • US Sports Camps, the Camp Director, camp staff, and the host facility are not liable for any travel-related arrangements, including but not limited to flights, hotels, Airbnbs, or rental cars.
  • We recommend booking refundable or flexible travel and accommodation options in case of any changes to the camp schedule.
