The Nike Sport Performance Camp at D1 Training in Colorado Springs has been created to highlight that true athleticism is built when the physical grind meets a prepared mind. During this camp, we aren't just training for the next season, we are focused on educating the athletes to master their own potential—from the fuel on their plate to the resilience in their spirit.
Campers are lead by Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sarah Kettlecamp, CSCS who has an extensive background working with multi-sport athletes to elevate their overall athletic performance. Multiple guest speakers will also be present, including a Nutrition Specialist to provide practical education on how to fuel performance and optimize recovery, as well as a Physical Therapist to guide and educate campers on injury risk mitigation and how to stay in the game.

Sarah and her coaching staff have designed this for dedicated young athletes who want to move beyond raw talent by mastering the professional habits, mental toughness, and physical intelligence required to be successful and to enjoy their sport year-round.
